We have been receiving numerous calls and emails about accounts being locked out and what can be done about it.
The cause of the lock-outs are a combination of new security software to protect everyone's accounts against hackers that limits the number of log in attempts along with some accounts being removed accidentally or password lost during our server issues in February.
What can be done about it? If you try our account 20 times and are unsuccessful to log in, you will be barred from attempting to log in for about 10 to 15 minutes. All you can do is wait. It is NOT a permanent block.
Once you are able to visit the login screen again, reset your password. When you do, be mindful of how you enter it to avoid spelling errors, especially if you use special characters or symbols.
If the password retrieval tool says your account does not exist, simply create a new account. If the new account's username matches listings of the same (old) username, your listings will automatically be re-associated.
If you continue to have issues, please let us know!
